What interests me above all is the search for principles of action applicable to the entire Company aimed at sustainably reconciling the Economic, Social and Environmental, without which there can be no Agile Business.

In this research to think and build the Agile Enterprise capable of adapting to a changing, uncertain and complex world, it seems to me absolutely necessary to escape from the limits inherent in market frameworks (such as Agility to Scale, Business Agility), to take a step back from managerial newspeak.
